PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having excellent tack and drapeability and excellent mechanical properties. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition is characterized in that the composition consists essentially of the following [A] to [C] and the [B] is dissolved in the [A]. The [A] is an epoxy resin, the [B] is a thermoplastic resin and the [C] is cross-linked NBR particles having≤1μm average particle diameter. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
