<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly use an electromagnetic induction heat system and direct fire depending on dishes by providing a structure easy to burn gas on a flat plate of an electromagnetic cooker. <P>SOLUTION: This electromagnetic induction heater is provided with an induction heating coil 3 provided in a lower part of the flat plate 2, a through-hole 4 formed in the flat plate 2 and a burner 5 for burning gas arranged in the through-hole 4. The flat plate 2 can be kept in a flat state so that there is no difficulty when using it as the electromagnetic induction heater 1.
