PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure nucleic acid or sugar chain for specifically recognizing a measurement target for combination by an actual physiological system for evaluation. SOLUTION: A sample reaction liquid is prepared by bringing a fluorescent labeled nucleic acid that is for example an antisense molecule as a fluorescent probe into contact with for example RNA or DNA as a measurement target, and is irradiated with excitation light, thus measuring fluorescence anisotropy by a fluorescence depolarization method. The measurement is made for a prescribed amount of time after the start of reaction to obtain the amount of change or a change speed in the fluorescence anisotropy, thus evaluating the ease of combination of the fluorescence labeled nucleic acid.
