PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a locked spring from falling with a simple construction, to lighten the burden of an operator and to suppress cost increase. SOLUTION: A device has a frame 10, a slide lock lever 15 which is positioned on a wall surface of the frame 10 and can freely reciprocate along the direction of an arrow Y and the spring 20 energizing the slide lock lever 15 in the direction of the arrow Y. The device is provided with a locking member 30A locking one annular end part 20A of the spring 20 at a locking part 32A in connection with the annular one end part 20A, having an annular shape formed by cut out by a prescribed width W narrower than the minimum width of the cross section of the one end part 20A and provided with an elastic part 33A at a part in the circumferential direction and a locking member 30B provided with a locking hole 35B locking the other end part 20B of the spring 20.
