PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a power control apparatus by dispensing with a heat dissipation mechanism of a transistor. SOLUTION: The power control apparatus 10 for controlling power supply to an electronic device 20 driven receiving power supply comprises: a capacitor 100 for voltage application whose one end is connected with a power supply terminal of the electronic device and whose other end is grouded; a voltage comparator 110 for comparing applied voltage applied to the electronic device 20 by the capacitor 100 for voltage application with reference voltage which has to be applied to the electronic device 20; and a voltage control circuit 120 having a voltage-control capacitor 130 and a bias control part 140 for discharging electric charge accumulated in the capacitor 100 for voltage application to charge the voltage-control capacitor 130 when the reference voltage is lower than the applied voltage.
