PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phototherapeutic apparatus which has many functions while saving a space by combining a plurality of light sources used separately depending on therapeutic methods into one device and enables efficient irradiation of a diseased part which is hard to be irradiated with light beams. SOLUTION: The phototherapeutic apparatus includes optical systems 22, 23, 24 for collecting light from a plurality of different light sources 10, 11, 12 and guiding the light, an optical fiber cable 2 for multiply-carrying the light collected and guided, and a handpiece with at least one projection lens for projecting output light from the distal end of the optical fiber cable 2.
