<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a merging operation to in-file record data of file common condition data and a naming operation for giving a file name to be carried out with remarkably reduced steps of operation and natural understandability for a user in handling multiple similar files. <P>SOLUTION: A step or a means for relating a file to one cell in a table format by attaching an icon representing the file or the like, and thereafter reading, based on a data entry arrangement rule of the table format, relevant data being data to be consulted simultaneously with data in the cell related to the file in relation to the cell related to the file is provided; and a merging function to in-file record data of file common condition data adds the read relevant data to each record of its structure as a common condition value of the data file related to the cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
