<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate power according to load in self-sustaining operation irrespective of the demand of heat. <P>SOLUTION: This cogeneration device can be controllably switched between an operation for linking a generated power output from a generator 1 driven by an engine E to a system 9 and the self-sustaining operation. A cooling water is circulated, by a pump P1, through a pipeline 14 passing the water cooling device 13 of an engine E to supply heat to a boiler unit 200. The cogeneration device comprises a branched passage 14A branched from the pipeline 14 and converging again to the pipeline 14. A radiator 39 is installed in the branched passage 14A. A three-way selector valve 40 is installed at a branched point between the pipeline 14 and the branched passage 14A. In the self-sustaining operation, the selector valve 40 is switched to the branched passage 14A side to pass the cooling water to the radiator 39. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
