PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger expediting formation of turbulent air flow. SOLUTION: The cross-sectional shape of each louver 12c formed on a fin 12 is composed of a center face 12d and two bent pieces 12e, 12f bent from both end parts of the center face 12d in the mutually opposite directions. Thereby, since the two bent pieces 12e, 12f are formed in the cross-sectional shape of the louver 12c so that they are parted from each other by the length of the center face 12d and project in the opposite directions, a louver pitch can be enlarged without raising the height of the bent pieces 12e, 12f themselves.
