PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when an apparatus is constituted so that a supporting plate of rigid substrates is connected to a main printed circuit board, the supporting plate is bent or shifted to cause defects that each one end of each supporting wire supported and fixed to the supporting plate is shifted, so that the skewness performance of an actuator is adversely affected. SOLUTION: Such position relation is made that the main printed circuit board 11 is arranged for the supporting plate 7 almost orthogonally each other, a joint part 14 joined together so as to be crossed to the main printed circuit board 11 in the direction of thickness is formed integrally with the supporting plate 7, an engaging slit 15 in which the other side printed circuit board is inserted in at least either of the main printed circuit board 11 and the joint part 14 so as to held between them is formed so that the main printed circuit board 11 and the joint part 14 are engaged with each other, further, a notch 18 is provided between the engaging part of the main printed circuit board 14 and the joint part 14 in the supporting plate 7 and a main body part 7 in which respective end of a plurality of supporting wires 5 are supported and fixed.
