PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition having well-balanced various physical properties utilizing characteristics of a vinylic polymer having cross-linkable functional groups and an organic polymer having groups reactive with isocyanate groups, respectively and high strength at fracture and good heat, weather and oil resistances. SOLUTION: The curable composition comprising the vinylic polymer having the cross-linkable functional groups and the organic polymer having the groups reactive with the isocyanate groups is used. That is, the curable composition comprises the following two components. (A) The vinylic polymer (I) having the cross-linkable functional groups and (B) the organic polymer (II) having the groups reactive with the isocyanate groups and a main chain structure different from that of (A) the component.
