PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controllable electric delivery/retraction type spike tire structured so that spikes are retracted when snow and ice is melted to prevent the generation of dust. SOLUTION: The spikes are formed to be delivered/retracted by a motor, and provided in a tubeless tire. Electricity is supplied from a power source by two ring-shaped collectors provided in a wheel and a brush connected to them, and supply of electricity is controlled inside a driving cabin.
