Pharmaceutical composition comprising a dendritic cell presenting at least one epitope of the prostate-specific membrane antigen PSMA between PSM-P1 or PSM-P2 and Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH) and relative use for the production of a medicament for the prevention and treatment of prostate tumour. Preferably the dendritic cell is mature.
