<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high frequency transmission line exhibiting excellent frequency characteristics in which the size can be reduced while ensuring specified characteristic impedance, and to obtain an electronic component having that high frequency transmission line. <P>SOLUTION: Transmission line conductors 22a, 22b, and 22c are opposing while holding a dielectric sheet 25 between excepting the lead-out portions. The transmission line conductors 22a-22c are electrically connected in series through via holes 26a and 26b to form one transmission line 22. The transmission line 22 is arranged between two ground conductors arranged vertically. In the laying direction, width of the transmission line conductors 22a and 22c located on the outermost side is different from the width of the transmission line conductor 22b located on the innermost side, and the transmission line conductors are connected in series such that propagating high frequency signals travel in the same direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
