<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary vacuum-degassing device capable of performing the degassing of processed meat products such as a loin roll stock material for making sliced ham, a boneless ham stock material or a press ham stock material in a short time in a good efficiency and uniformly, and a method for producing the degassed meat products. <P>SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a rotary vacuum chamber 2 constituted by a multiple number of hollow cylindrical chambers 1 having opening and closing lids capable of housing/taking out the processed meats at their one ends, a rotary driving device capable of revolving each of the hollow cylindrical chambers 1 around a rotary axial center, a vacuum pump 5, a buffer tank 6, a communicating part of each of the hollow cylindrical chambers of the rotary vacuum chamber with the buffer tank, and an atmospheric release valve 9 and a vacuum valve 10 capable of switching the inside of each of the hollow cylindrical chambers as a reduced pressure state and an atmospheric pressure state, and performs the degassing of the processed meat products while revolving from the housing station of the rotary type vacuum chamber to a taking out station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
