<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory module with a built-in antenna which can be accommodated within a fixed size like that of an SD memory card, and has a contact connection function and a non-contact communication function. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor memory module with the built-in antenna has a semiconductor storage element 34; a semiconductor element 32 for control; a wiring board 12 on which a connection terminal for connecting the semiconductor storage element 34 and a semiconductor element 32 for control, an external connection terminal 30 for connecting an external apparatus, a loop antenna 16 formed on a peripheral area, a magnetic layer 18 formed on a face on a side opposite to the forming surface of the antenna 16 and wiring for connecting the connection terminal, the external terminal 30 and the antenna 16, respectively are formed; and an exterior case 36, wherein the semiconductor storage element 34 and the semiconductor element 32 for control are mounted on the wiring board 12, which is accommodated in the exterior case 36 with the external connection terminal 30 exposed on the surface, and at least either of the semiconductor storage element 34 and the semiconductor element 32 for control is disposed inside the antenna 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
