<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control different production activities that are controlled under respective production plans, so that the activities are coordinated with one another in a harmonized way. <P>SOLUTION: Production management servers 15, 25, 40 each calculate a value indicative of the status of production progress at a parts factory 10 (a value of difference between a production plan 50 and a production result 51). A value indicative of the status of production progress at an assembly factory 20 (a value of difference between a production plan 60 and a production result 61) is calculated. When the value of the status of production progress at one of the factories 10, 20 is out of an allowable range, a value of influence that the value of the status of production progress affects on the status of production progress at the other of the factories 20, 10 is calculated and the value of the status of production progress at the other of the factories 20, 10 is corrected. The degree of influence of the corrected value of the status of production progress is ranked.
