<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic device which can simplify a manufacturing process in the case that a plurality of the photovoltaic devices are connected by tab electrodes to be made into a unit. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic device comprises semiconductor layers (2-4, 8 and 9) including photoelectric conversion layers, and a silicon oxide film 7 which is formed on the top face of a translucent conductive film 5, and contains fine particles of ZnO which has an etch rate by flux larger than a silicon oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
