PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small high frequency switch excellent in performance. SOLUTION: A transmission terminal Tx is connected with the cathode of a diode D11 which is grounded through a transmission line 12. The anode of the diode D11 is connected with an antenna terminal ANT which is connected with a reception terminal Rx through a transmission line 13.
