PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice transmission device which surely transmits a voice to an opposite party even if talking is performed in a small voice and does not cause troubles around because the voice is interrupted by a mask so as to be hardly leaked to the outside even if the talking is performed in a loud voice. SOLUTION: The voice transmission device incorporates a transmitter attachable and detachable to/from electronic equipment in the mask. The mask has a double structure provided with an air path between an outer case and an inner case, wherein an inner case air opening is formed in the inner case and an outer case air opening is formed in the outer case, respectively. The mask is made of an airtight material or structured so that the voice of a talker is hardly leaked to the outside. A porous material is provided at the inner surface of the mask. The mask is provided with a piezoelectric transducer for transducing the voice of the talker into electric energy, and the electric energy generated by the piezoelectric transducer is consumed or used to drive an electric element to reduce/mute the voice. A reverse-phase voice is sent into the mask to offset the voice of the talker in the mask. Further, this voice transmitting and receiving device is provided with an earphone type or a headphones type receiver which is put into ears, so that a user can listen to the received voice of voice communication equipment.
