PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryptocommunication key managing device etc., capable of improving processing efficiency of cryptocommunication processing. SOLUTION: An IC chip 1A acquires common key information by a key exchange protocol using secret keys of the IC chip and a communication partner, and an open key, extracts a plurality of sets of key data and 1st and 2nd parameters for managing the key data from the common key information, and stores the extracted key data in a memory region where authentication by one of the 1st and 2nd parameters is needed at the time of access. Then the IC chip 1A acquires one parameter needed to access the key data from the communication partner, outputs the other parameter to the communication partner, and access the memory region by using the acquired parameter to acquire the key data, thereby outputting the acquired key data as data of a session key to communication equipment 2A.
