PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which the size of a circuit board can be suppressed to the minimum and also a display element can be held stably. SOLUTION: The display device 1 is provided with: a display element 6; a circuit board 7 on which the display element 6 is disposed: an elastic connecting member 8 which connects the display element 6 and the circuit board 7; a cell suppression 11 which is configured so as to fix the display element 6 while covering the front periphery of the display element 6; and a frame body 10 in which the display element 6 and the elastic connecting member 8 are to be arranged, the cell suppression 11 has leg parts 20 which are projected to the back side of the circuit board 7 along respective side parts 16, 7a of the frame body 10 and the circuit board 7, and each leg part 20 has a engaging part 24 which is to be engaged with the back side of the circuit board 7 by being bent at its tip part, and the frame body 10 has wall parts 17 at the side part 16, which regulate the movement of the engaging parts 24 to an anti-engagement side by being opposed to at least a part of each leg part 20 which includes the engaging part 24.
