PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal cover capable of being easily mounted while securely holding a cluster and of protecting lead wire extending from the cluster, a hermetic electric compressor of which terminal is covered with the terminal cover, and a refrigerant cycle device of which refrigerant circuit is constituted by the hermetic electric compressor. SOLUTION: The terminal cover is provided with a storing part 2 which is recessed to store the cluster 5 electrically connected to the terminal 20 and of which face on the terminal 20 side is opened, and with recesses 2C which are formed in side wall back sides continued to an opening of the stored part 2 and with which projecting parts 6 projecting from the cluster 5 are engaged.
