PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate construction by dispensing with embedding of a permanent pipe in a foundation surface on a construction site, and to surely and firmly fix a vertical pipe serving as a foundation of a temporary enclosure. SOLUTION: This pipe supporting implement comprises: a pedestal (e.g. H-shaped steel 20) which is installed on the foundation surface on the construction site; a mounting base plate 31 which is mounted on the side surface of the pedestal; at least two fixing members (e.g. a hook bolt and a hexagon head bolt 33) which are provided in the state of protruding from one side surface of the base plate 31, so as to fix the base plate 31 to the pedestal; and a clamp member 34 which is provided on the other side surface of the base plate 31, so as to detachably support the pipe (e.g. a unit-section pipe 40).
