SOLUTION: The operation device is equipped with the operation element operated by a person, an operation force detection means for detecting the operation force applied to the operation element by the person, and a motion adjustment means for converting the motion of an object, which is placed under the environment of causing the resistance force proportional to a speed on the object, caused when the operation force detected by the operation force detection means is applied to the object into the motion of the operation element.
