PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical pillow which has a hollow opening to insert one hand or both hands from both ends to the center of the pillow so that the pillow is used to wind around arms. SOLUTION: The cylindrical pillow is constituted by providing engaging parts on the side surfaces which is a width of the pillow formed into a cylindrical shape and connecting a rectangular pillow member into a cylindrical shape and by forming the hollow opening with a diameter of approximately 10-20 cm along the longitudinal direction of the pillow in the middle part between both ends of the pillow. The rectangular pillow member has a pouched body and is constituted by filling the inside with soft materials, buckwheat husks, and small pieces of plastics. The rectangular pillow member has a structure having an opening part on the pouched body so that an inner pouch filled with the soft materials, buckwheat husks, or small pieces of plastics is interchanged appropriately.
