<p>The housing (1) has an inlet connection and an outlet connection for water-proof, removable installation in suitable end pieces of water pipes. One of the connections is formed outside as a sleek cylinder (3). Free end of the sleek cylinder is formed as sleek circular cylinder (4). The cylinder (4) carries a sealing ring e.g. radial sealing. A sliding collar is fitted on the cylinder (4).</p>
