<p>The helmet is designed in a suitable shape and made of an outer (4) and an inner shell (3a). When the user is completely covered by snow in case of an avalanche happening, the mouth-piece of a tube (6) stored between the two shells (3a,4) can be taken between the lips after a button (8) is pressed. The outer shell (4) is provided with several perforated segments (1) for a supply with air guided into the space (2) between the shells (3a,4). Two valves (5a,5b) facilitate fresh air to come in and used air to be removed through the end of the tube (9) at the neck of the user.</p> |
