PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user authentication system, a user terminal device, a service provision device and an authentication device by which leakage of biological information can be prevented. SOLUTION: The user authentication system comprises the user terminal device 100c and the service provision device 200c for providing a service to each user possessing the user terminal device 100c. The service provision device 200c has: a biological information reading means 110c for reading biological information of a specific user possessing the user terminal device; a collation means 130c for collating the biological information of the specific user with the biological information of a normal user transmitted from the user terminal device; and a processing means 140c for providing the service to the specific user only when the result of collation shows coincidence.
