PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized temperature-compensated quartz-crystal oscillator by expanding the correction width of a linear term without deteriorating phase-noise characteristics. SOLUTION: Two pairs of first resistors 5 and second resistors 7 having mutually different temperature characteristics are connected between a first power line 1 and a second power line 3. The first resistor 5 and the second resistor 7 are connected in the opposite direction respectively, so that the first resistor 5 is connected to the first power line 1 in a series connection holding a first connection point 9, and the second resistor 7 is connected to the first power line 1 in the series connection holding the second connection point 11. A connection resistor 13 is connected between the first connection point 9 and the second connection point 11. In a first switch group 15, one terminal is connected at the arbitrary point of the connection resistor 13, and the other terminal is connected at a first connecting point 19. In a second switch group 17, one terminal is connected at the arbitrary point of the connection resistor 13, and the other terminal is connected at a second connecting point 21.
