PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element model transformation method capable of increasing a processing speed for transforming an element model, which is characterized with a frequency area characteristic expression such as an S parameter, into that analyzable in a time domain. SOLUTION: Acquisition of an impulse response function F in a time domain by inverse FFT (Q4) and convolutional integral preprocessing (Q7) is carried out only on an element referring to itself as a result of convolutional integral preprocessing, that is, on an element having no element taking the same value and a representative element among elements taking the same value. As to an element referring to another element, that is, as to an element except the representative element among the elements taking the same value, the result of the convolutional integral preprocessing of the reference element is used. Convolutional integral preprocessing of the impulse response function F and a port signal value v in each analysis time is carried out from a starting point e1 to an ending point eN of an effective section, in which a function value is not assumed as a zero value (Q8).
