PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To progress a manufacturing operation without performing correction by using animation type picture conte for providing all information at the time of manufacturing CG animation. SOLUTION: Animation type picture conte 2 including all information necessary for the manufacturing of CG animation is prepared. A 3D animation 4 moving characters is prepared according to character input instruction information and information related with camera works. A changed background 5 is prepared according to the background input instruction information and the information related with the camera works. Also, words, music and sound effects are inputted according to the input instruction information. In addition to visual effects (VFX) or the like, they are combined so that a composite image 6 can be prepared. The composite image 6 is subject to rendering according to light beam status information, and obtained as a completed video, and the rough CG animation of animation type picture conte 2 is replaced with the completed video, and obtained as a completed workpiece.
