PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control structure manufacturing method for strongly adhering a metal base material to a vibration control rubber body while achieving more working efficiency. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the vibration control structure in which a vibration control material body formed of an elastic material is adhered and fixed to the metal base material comprises a step of attaching a primer containing a silane coupling agent or a silicone resin to the metal base material, a step of attaching resin adhesive to the vibration control material body, a step of heating the metal base material to which the primer is attached for temperature rise up to a curing temperature region for the primer and the resin adhesive, and a step of pressing the adhered face of the metal base material under temperature rise up to the curing temperature region against the attached portion of the resin adhesive to the vibration control material body to actualize co-curing of the primer and the resin adhesive.
