PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket requiring a less number of components and less working man-hours for stably mounting a case member on a panel member. SOLUTION: The bracket 1 comprises a plate-shaped supporting member 10 and a frame-shaped frame member 20 formed into an L-shape for mounting the case member 30 on the panel member 40. On an upper face 10a of the supporting member 10, a pair of elastic protruded pieces 11, 11 are formed. On a lower face 10b of the supporting member 10, a pair of leg seats 12, 12 are formed. In a middle between the pair of leg seats 12, 12 of the supporting member 10, an elastic piece 14 is provided which is cut off with slits 13, 13. On the lower face of the elastic piece 14, a protruded portion 14b is formed toward the lower side.
