PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor pin with an inlet enabling a pinning method making a low noise, and to provide the pinning method using it, and an insert anchor. SOLUTION: The anchor pin 10 with the inlet inserted into a filling hole 6 comprises an expansion member 13 having a screwing active part 26, and an anchor body 12 having an expansion anchor part 17 into which the expansion member 13 is inserted through the inlet 11. A screw thread 25 is formed in an outer peripheral surface 29 of the active part 26 and/or an inner peripheral surface 31 of the expansion anchor part 17. When the expansion member 13 is fitted into the expansion anchor part 17 and is screwed while being pushed strongly, the expansion anchor part 17 is expanded to be anchored to the filling hole 6 so that the anchor pin 10 with the inlet may be fixed.
