PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a large-sized compressor and an independent power source in case of service interruption by allowing a door body to rise by its own buoyancy. SOLUTION: The derricking gate 1 normally lying underwater and rising when in use, has the door body 2 having a rotating shaft 2c on the base end side and arranged at the water bottom derrickingly on the tip side and having buoyancy; and a floating restraining mechanism 3 for restraining the door body 2 from floating normally.
