PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving method which facilitates construction, secures water permeability, and makes hardening progress at a high speed. SOLUTION: In this paving method for laying and fixing resin mortar as a mixture of aggregate and a resin binder on the surface of a permeable asphalt pavement, the hardening reaction of the resin binder is accelerated by moisture, and the resin mortar has a porous structure with a porosity of 5-50 vol.%. After a lapse of a given length of time or more after the resin mortar is laid, moisture is applied into a void on the surface of the resin mortar and/or inside the resin mortar.
