PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional cooling method in blow-molding that it is difficult to shorten a shaping time since only the outside of a shaped article is cooled and the inner side can not be cooled. SOLUTION: In the blow-molding method of shaping a parison by clamping the parison and a lower blowing pin with a mold attached to a mold-clamping apparatus and then blowing air from the lower blowing pin to swell and form the parison after the passing of a resin through a die from an extruding head to the parison, the parison is cooled from the inner side by spraying cooling water simultaneously with or after blowing air from the lower blowing pin and a water blowing pin mounted on the inner side of the lower blowing pin.
