PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device which can rigidly press and fix a fixing object and is available for fixing a fixing object having a different height. SOLUTION: The clamping device 3 is formed of a presser 4 for pressing and fixing a workpiece 2, and manually operable first and second operators 5, 6. Herein when the first operator 5 is operated, a pressing section 4a is located at a location opposite to the workpiece 2, and the presser 4 is moved in a longitudinal direction 410 that approaches the workpiece 2 or separates from the workpiece 2. Further when the presser 4 is located at an arbitrary location at which the presser 4 is operable by the first operating body 5, the second operator 6 is operated such that the pressing section 4a at the location opposite to the workpiece 2, moves in the longitudinal direction 410 to press the workpiece 2 or cancel the pressing.
