PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining cutting tool with guide for accurately forming a second hole concentrically with a reference hole. SOLUTION: A drill D is concentrically fixed and arranged on a shank part Ac. On a guide case B, a shank guide hole Bb is bored downward from an upper end Ba, and a connection pin guide groove Bc is bored outward from the shank guide hole Bb. On a guide tube part Cb of a drill guide C, a drill guide hole Cc is bored concentrically with the drill guide tube part Cb from an upper end Ca1 to a lower end Ce. The shank part Ac is inserted and arranged in the shank guide Bb, and a connection pin 2 crossing the shank part Ac is inserted in the connection pin guide groove Bc. The guide tube part Cb of the drill guide C, and the drill guide hole Cc are arranged concentrically with the shank guide hole Bb.
