<p>A method, system, and computer program product for collecting data for business statistical analysis from an information technology provided solution is provided. In one exemplary embodiment, business critical processes are determined and from the identities of these business critical processes, business critical collection points are determined. The business critical processes are monitored and data is collected at the business critical collection points. This data is stored for later use by a business statistical analysis system, such as, for example, a Six Sigma Analysis system.</p> |
