<p>A physical strength age measuring system in which a plurality of exercise facilities for performing various exercises easily and sufficiently while adding amusement elements are installed in courses, and the physical strength age and capacity level for each locomotion of a user can be calculated based on the passing time of each course and the total passing time. The physical strength age measuring system comprises a plurality of courses each installed with each exercise facility constructed such that each capacity for locomotion including muscular strength at a plurality of parts of the body, flexibility of the body, balancing power of the body and agility of the body can be exhibited. A level at which each capacity for locomotion is exhibited is indexed as the amount of exercise and the combination of indexes of exercise facilities is differentiated among the exercise facilities. Physical strength age of a user is calculated from the total passing time of courses, and each capacity for locomotion of the user is determined from the passing time of each individual course.</p> |
