PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sustain rotational stability over a wide range even if the speed of a motor under servo control is altered greatly. SOLUTION: A speed command circuit 3 outputs a speed command signal for acceleration or deceleration of a motor 1. A charge pump circuit 5 converts the speed command signal into a charging/discharging pulse current. A first constant circuit 11 comprising capacitors C1 and C2, and a resistor R1 integrates the charging/discharging pulse current to produce a DC voltage. A drive circuit 7 rotary drives the motor 1 based on a generated torque command signal in the form of DC voltage. A switch section 13 performs parallel connection control of a second constant circuit 15 with the first constant circuit 11 by a switching signal of the motor 1 to low speed rotation. The second constant circuit 15 comprising capacitors C3 and C4, and a resistor R2 integrates the charging/ discharging pulse current in conjunction with the first constant circuit 11 to produce a DC voltage. |
