An animal excrement collector (1) comprises a sheet (3) of impermeable material which can be spread on the ground to receive the excrement, means (7) for securing, at least to an extent, the sheet to the ground while it is being used and means (9) for securing the sheet (3) around the animal excrement after use for disposal thereof. The securing means may be strips or a band of adhesive material (7). The fastening means may be ears (9) for tying together. The sheet may be circular or rectangular. The used and tied-up sheet may be placed in a bag, optionally provided with the sheet initially, for disposal. |
