An all-terrain vehicle has an input-shaft 24 (on a handlebar side) and an output shaft 81 (on the wheel side), which are connected together via a motor-driven power steering apparatus. A power assist motor included in the power steering apparatus is driven in accordance with a relative rotational angle in the input shaft and the output shaft. The steering system has side protrusion portions 116a, 116b secured to input shaft 24; an upward protruding tab 115 as a first stopper secured to a vehicle body at a position corresponding to the side protrusion portions 116a, 116b, for restricting a swing range of the side protrusion portions 116a, 116b; side protrusion portions 82b, 82c secured to output shaft 81; and a downward protrusion portion 132a as a second stopper secured to the vehicle body at a position corresponding to the side protrusion portions 82b, 82c, for restricting a swing range of the side protrusion portions 82b, 82c. The restriction in swing range can reduce the load on the electric motor. |
