The free-run coupling (3) can be changed over between a blocking state in which the two ring parts (1,2) rotate synchronously and a free-run state for rotation of the two ring parts relatively to one another corresponding to a difference between their rotary speeds. A unit retards the power transmission between the two ring parts when the free-run coupling is switched either on the side of its outer diameter or on the side of its inner diameter into the blocking state. |
