<p>A catalyst, particularly for conversion of organic waste in form of highly contaminated plastics waste and worn out tyres, comprising loose pellets containing aluminium and aluminium oxides, according to the present invention is characterized in that it comprises loose small pieces (6) of natural zeolite bauxites are having pure aluminium granules (7) pasted to their surface by means of flame spraying. The present invention concerns also a method for manufacturing said catalyst, characterized in that the loose small pieces (6) of natural zeolite bauxites are fed gravitationally into the spraying chamber (5) and sprayed with a beam (la) of molten pure aluminium basically transversely to the direction of the fall of the small pieces (6). The present invention concerns also a device for manufacturing said catalyst, characterized in that the spraying device (1) is situated in the side wall (5b) of the spraying chamber (5) having the upper opening (5a) forming the inlet of the loose small pieces (6), connected to the feeder (2) and extended at its outlet (10) into the interior of the collecting container (11).</p> |
