A pipe joint includes a first pipe and a second pipe located adjacent the first pipe. One of the first pipe and the second pipe includes an annular groove, and a gasket is positioned within the annular groove. The gasket is adapted to provide a seal between the first pipe and the second pipe. The gasket includ es an annular gasket body formed of a resilient material. The gasket body includes a base, at least one foot protruding from the base, and at least one head portion protruding from the base.
