<p>The device has a piezoelectric force sensor (2) integrated in a screwing unit and screwed in machine parts. The screwing unit of the piezoelectric force sensor consists of fixing screws screwed in the machine parts. The fixing screws consist of coaxial recess, in which the force sensor is attachable under prestressing in the fixed tightened condition of the fixing screws. The fixing screw consists of a screw head and a screw shaft. Independent claims are also included for the following : (1) a method for measuring forces in or between machine parts of machine (2) a utilization of the fixing screw of a machine, in particular of a machine tool and injection moulding machine for fixing of machine parts.</p> |
