System and method for adjusting personalizable vehicle functions

The device has an indicator (1) representing operating modes of personalizable vehicle functions assigned to menu selection objects (4, 5). An input device is provided for accessing, selecting and/or activating of the menu selection objects. The operating modes of the vehicle functions are adjusted by a uniform process instruction using the indicator and the input device. An independent claim is also included for a method of adjusting an operating mode of a personalizable vehicle function in a vehicle.
